What vision do you have for Fest?
I see Fest as a place where young people can come and be encouraged, affirmed and nurtured as people. It's a space where God is present because the people are present, and it is a place of fun for all the people involved.
What do you most love about being a Fest leader?
Making connections with the wonderful young people that come to Fest. Their energy and enthusiasm for life encourages me to follow in their energy!
What do you least love about being a Fest leader?
Filling out forms.

What vision do you have for Fest?
That we keep growing bigger and bigger in number and in spirit, and that we can bring mroe and more non-church kids to a place where they can have heaps of fun in a church environment.
What do you most love about being a Fest leader?
Being part of an 'awesome' leadership team and everything that I loved about Fest as a youth.

Cleaning up after you guys trash the joint.

To make it a place where kids and friends can come and have fun, make new friends and feel safe in a place where people can say to their friends: I'm looking forward to going to Youth Group of Friday.

Don't always get to be involved in all the activities.
